Should I eat less crisps?

I'm a crispaholic. I eat at least one ~25g packet of crisps a day. Some days, I could destroy 3 packets. My diet is not too unhealthy, but I could eat more fruit and veg. I'll have toast with coleslaw and chorizo slices for breakfast and lunch, and a rice or pasta dish for dinner. This could be something like chicken curry or spaghetti bolognese. During the warmer months, I go cycling for a couple of hours at least once a week, but I haven't gone recently due to the cold weather here in the UK. I know I eat more crisps than is recommended, but am I eating too much and endangering my health? Should I cut down on the amount I eat?
