Users may post dilemmas, vote on options, and leave comments (“User Content”).

By posting User Content, you:

  • Retain ownership of your content
  • Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content in connection with operating the app

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is illegal, abusive, hateful, or harassing
  • Encourages self-harm, violence, or dangerous behaviour
  • Infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Contains spam or misleading information

Community Voting & Advice Disclaimer

Votes and comments are opinions only.

We do not guarantee accuracy, safety, or suitability of any advice provided by users.

You understand that:

  • Decisions made based on community feedback are entirely your responsibility
  • The app is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise)

Moderation

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove content at our discretion
  • Restrict or ban users who violate these Terms
  • Moderate content to maintain a safe community

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dilemmas.uk is not liable for:

  • Decisions made by users
  • User-generated content
  • Losses or damages resulting from use of the app

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
